For A More Sustaianble Design

Skyway Living Room

A contemporary living room style was crafted for the Skyway residential villa in Seattle, seamlessly connected to the dining area on the second floor. The flooring features a unique marble design, complemented by two spiral staircases in the corners, supported by oak wood handrails and columns that connect to the second floor slab. The room is strategically designed for optimal cross ventilation, oriented southward to maximize natural light. Wide windows and abundant indoor greenery add to the bright, airy, and inviting atmosphere.

The West Olympia Library

The West Olympia library inspired by the minimalist style, incorporating natural brick and stone in a setting that suits the Washington climate zone. It features large windows in order to gain sunlight and reduce artificial lighting during the day. The design harmoniously blends modern minimalism with the rustic charm of its materials, set against a backdrop that allows for serene greenery views through the expansive windows. The Interior space of the library, showcasing the integration of natural brick and stone within a setting illuminated by natural light. This design maintains a modern minimalist aesthetic, with a layout that promotes a peaceful and productive atmosphere. Comfortable seating areas, study tables, and bookshelves are strategically placed.

City Heights Resident


This project illustrates the interior design of a living space in City Heights Resident, that inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural aesthetic, tailored for sustainability in Arizona’s climate zone. The concept design came with the integration of large windows in order to gain more natural light. The long wooden eaves breaks the sun light into the living space and has reduced the heat gain during the summer time. The integration of outside natural stones with interior walls creates a smooth transition from exterior landscape to the interior space. The sustainability measurements meets the design requirements in this plan such as natural materials, natural ventilation, wooden shading devices, and a design that truly embodies Wright’s vision of organic architecture while being mindful of the environment.

Oak Valley Kitchen

The Oak Valley kitchen resident, determined classic methods and modern sustainable features, facing to the East side in order to reduce the needs of artificial lighting. The eastward orientation maximizes natural light, creating a warm and inviting space. It includes the circular island topped with white granite, covered by marble flooring, and a dual-tone cabinetry scheme. The green olive cabinets on the lower part and the oak color cabinets on the top, creates a vital and welcoming interior space for the visitors.

Half Moon Island

The half moon island is a modern kitchen design tailored for Seattle climate zone, featuring a half circular island with a white granite top and light navy blue cabinets. The east-facing window with an attached sofa bench invites abundant natural light. The updated kitchen design now features the two-level half circle island with the fixed lighting from the circular oak wood ceiling, enhancing the spaciousness of the area. The two sided ventilation features in the ceiling and the large windows as a natural ventilation improve the indoor air quality.

Artistic Expression

This design featuring natural elements such as white marble floors, oak cabinetry and a dark bronze faucet.The standing shower enhanced with a small colored art pieces on the wall next to the shower creates a vital focal point. The West side window gains more natural light, while it improves the indoor air quality. This setup aims to blend luxury with an artistic expression, creating a space that’s both inviting and visually captivating.

Sunshine Space

The Yellow sunshine bathroom, which has inspired by Tado Ando’s Architectural style, creates a clear space with an environment that promotes comfort and luxury. It has straight, clean lines and geometric shapes. The Olive color cabinetry has merged with the yellowish Granite flooring in order to reflex the sunshine in this room. The cubic standing glass with bronze faucet has gain more natural light from the ceiling in order to create a healthy environment and increase natural light. This design goal is minimalist elegance and characteristic of Ando’s work.

Design Aesthetic

This bathroom is a contemporary style with natural elements such as Marble stone in order to create a brighter and larger space, while the dark olive cabinetry and bronze faucet are the eye catcher, which merge with the Marble finishing for the design aesthetic. The window on the west wall has a beautiful view and gains more natural light, which has meet the sustainability measurements in this design.

Spring Valley Resident

Spring Valley Resident : A unique architectural concept, South view residential project in mountain climate to incorporate Frank Lloyd Wright’s style into the multi stories monument that melds his architectural principles with the sustainable features in a new 5000 SQF concept design. Structural design featuring a grid of columns supporting beams and slabs. Wright’s style is characterized by organic architecture, a strong emphasis on harmony between the structure and its natural surroundings, the use of natural materials, and a distinct geometric form. In this new concept design, the building will retain its original specifications, such as grid beam structure and sustainable design elements.

Some elements has been reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s style in this project, such as:

Integration with the natural landscape, emphasizing a harmonious relationship with the surroundings.
Use of natural materials in a way that’s aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Geometric forms and lines that are characteristic of Wright’s designs.
Incorporation of Wright’s unique approach to interior and exterior spaces.

Rancho Resident, Interior Design

The Frank Loyd Wright’s vibrant culture for an interior space is a constructive inspiration in Rancho resident project, which meets the local space requirements in each plan as well as aesthetic features in architectural design. The living room has South view, where having a correlation between the local landscape, aesthetic features and environmental development, having a wide steel frame windows, double glazed in order to gain maximum natural light and reduce the heat during summer time. The sustainable brick masonry chimney creates a vital focal point in this interior space, which adds the classic features merged to sustainability measurements for energy saving. The open plan concept with the Marble flooring has created the contrast with the dark Oak wood in the ceiling, columns and library. The living room is for the variety of activities, which should impact the overall atmosphere of the entire house .
